Deposit and balance

A €500 deposit per person secures your place. The remaining balance is due by 28 February 2027. Prices are per person in euros and include taxes and transaction fees.

Your room is held for 30 minutes during deposit checkout. A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified.

Cancellations and refunds

The €500 deposit is non-refundable. Eligible refunds apply only to the balance you have paid:

• More than 90 days before 31 May 2027: 100% of the paid balance.
• 60–90 days before 31 May 2027: 50% of the paid balance.
• Less than 60 days before 31 May 2027: no refund.

The deposit is not deducted a second time. Any eligible refund is issued by the organiser through Stripe.

Rooms and changes

Shared-room guests are paired with a guest of the same gender. Each guest pays their own share. Room changes are handled internally by the organiser; contact tingting@tidexchange.com for help.

Private booking links

Your confirmation and balance links are private. Do not forward them to anyone else. They let the holder view booking details and complete or release the associated payment.
